You will receive an official ServSafe Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association. It’s valid for 5 years and accepted in most U.S. states.

No, but it’s highly recommended. The exam is challenging without studying or training. Our course prepares you with everything you need to pass, especially if you’re new to food safety or management roles.

Yes, you can view training progress in your dashboard under the “Training Tracker” tab. You can filter by location, role, and course.

Yes! We work with owners and managers to create custom training based on your restaurant’s culture, menu, and operations. Reach out to schedule a consultation.

We offer help with food safety compliance, menu development, staff training, onboarding systems, and operational support tailored for independent restaurants.

Click the “Support” tab in your portal. Choose between Portal Support and Restaurant Support, fill out the form, and submit. You’ll receive updates in your dashboard.

Go to the PTO section in your portal dashboard, fill out the request form, and submit it. Your manager will review and respond through the portal.

Owner accounts can access billing and system-wide settings. Managers can oversee location-specific data and approve PTO. Employees have access to training, schedules, and messages.

Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Still stuck? Contact support for help.

You can schedule a live team training by contacting us directly or using the “Schedule Training” form inside the portal. We offer both in-person and virtual options.

If you don’t pass, you can retake the exam. ServSafe allows a retake after 24 hours, but some restrictions may apply. We offer review resources to help you prepare.

Yes, you can take the ServSafe Manager exam online through ProctorU. You’ll need a webcam, microphone, and a quiet space. We offer our ServSafe Food Handler Certification Exam online through a live video session.

You will have access to the course materials for 60 days from the date of registration. After that, your access will expire, but your certification (once earned) is valid for 5 years.
